Job summary

Equifax is seeking a Learning & Development Manager for the Sales University team in Atlanta. The role blends strategy, content creation, and hands-on delivery, with mentoring responsibilities for one instructional designer and close collaboration with Sales, Product Marketing, HR, and Operations.

You will lead governance, leverage data and AI-enabled learning tools, and ensure high learner engagement while aligning with sales objectives and ROI targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years in learning and development in a corporate environment (sales focus preferred).
• 1+ year in people leadership coaching and developing a team.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships and learning budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead L&D strategy and roadmap for Sales University within USIS.
• Mentor and coach an Instructional Designer; drive end-to-end execution.
• Manage design tool renewals, licenses, and access.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, HR, and Sales Ops to deliver training.
• Ensure governance, quality, and brand consistency across materials.
• Oversee external vendor relationships and ROI; monitor budgets.
• Utilize LMS governance and data analytics to improve learner outcomes.
• Deliver or coordinate in-person and virtual training sessions as needed.
