Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant Sales Transformation experience in consulting.
• 2+ years leading transformations in Products industry (Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel, Life Sciences, Industrials).
• 2+ years delivering a wide range of Products solutions with industry understanding.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement business changes driving industry-specific operating model transformation (people, process, technology).
• Deliver and manage dynamic technology consulting projects with heavy client engagement.
• Synthesize technology needs by analyzing solutions to meet client requirements.
• Lead banking/financial services engagements with design, test, deployment, and junior team coordination.
• Consult with clients to develop high-performance solutions to advance their industry position in Products.
• Develop proposed solutions and deliver high-impact technology initiatives.
• Help develop next-generation Products offerings for Commerce Advisory.
