Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a candidate for the Sales Training Elevator Professional program in the United States. You will gain knowledge of products, processes, and customer relationships to transition into a sales position and contribute to branch profitability.

Successful completion leads to an Account Manager role responsible for established customers in a geographic area, delivering excellent service and building new relationships within the local market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Must be open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain ongoing relationships with customers to build an awareness of their needs.
• Exceed sales goals by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
• Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals.
• Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and develop knowledge of local elevator code requirements.
• Prospect, develop and maintain relationships with new customers.
