Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Perform in-field unit startup training programs for customers.
2. Maintain the physical appearance and mechanical functionality of demonstration machinery.
3. Assist sales personnel with walk-around descriptions of equipment, emphasizing features and benefits.
4. Prepare documentation on customer reactions to demonstrations, including contact information, qualification of prospects, and purchase timeframes.
5. Document daily activities for billing shared costs to the respective sales channels.
6. Prepare expense reports for training and demonstration costs, managing and controlling expenses.
7. Transport demonstration equipment between sites.
8. Comply with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations regarding equipment transport.
9. Maintain driver logbooks in accordance with DOT regulations.
10. Travel approximately 80% of the time.
11. Provide customers with solutions for business-related problems.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

1. Must meet all requirements for a Federal driver’s license.
2. Must be at least 21 years old.
3. Mechanical experience and computer skills are required.

EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000
