Job summary

Flex Technology Group is seeking a Sales Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions that boost employee performance. You will manage the Docebo LMS, coordinate with leaders and vendors, and drive a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

This on-site role is based in Mesa, AZ. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering learning programs, with strong facilitation, project management, and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions.
• Experience with LMS administration and Docebo or similar cloud-based systems.
• Experience delivering instructor-led sales training to sales professionals.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent project management and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning needs analysis and identify skill gaps at all levels.
• Design and develop learning solutions (e-learning, ILT, blended, micro-learning, video).
• Deliver learning with effective facilitation in-person and virtually.
• Administer Docebo LMS—config, courses, paths, enrollments, reporting, analytics.
• Evaluate learning impact using surveys, quizzes, and observations.
• Coach learners and managers to reinforce transfer of skills.
• Collaborate with leaders and vendors to align with business goals.
• Research best practices in learning and development.
• Manage learning projects, budgets, and resources.
• Oversee New Hire Orientation and annual compliance training.
