Job summary

Wausau Supply Company is seeking a Sales Training Manager to design and deliver training programs for our sales team on Diamond Kote and Waudena products. You will lead onboarding, conduct on-site trainings, and build a video curriculum to support ongoing education and field coaching.

The role requires strong communication, public speaking, and organizational skills, with travel and a mix of office and field work.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in communication or related major is preferred.
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is required.
Strong planning and organizational abilities are expected.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain onboarding training for new employees.
Conduct on-site trainings and Diamond Kote/Waudena university sessions.
Create and maintain a video training library and curriculum for ongoing education.
Attend sales meetings and support field training and coaching.
Collaborate with Senior Director of Marketing and Sales Operations on training strategy.
