Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a territory of independent direct seller reps, coordinating with the Installation team for accurate orders and timely installations. The role focuses on one Leaf Home product/location and requires driving sales, recruiting and training, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 3+ years in direct sales, strong CRM reporting skills, and a proactive, fast-paced, team-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3+ years in a direct sales role
• Experience generating performance reports from a CRM system
• Strong multitasking and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and train direct sales representatives.
• Lead onboarding and refresher training.
• Manage lead results and reporting.
• Review sales performance to identify improvements.
• Provide customer and sales support.
• Coordinate with Installation for accurate orders and timely installs.
• Complete in-home sales consultations with potential customers.
• May lead local marketing to generate additional leads.
