Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking a seasoned Training & Enablement lead focused on curriculum development and field sales readiness from our Malvern, PA headquarters, with remote flexibility. The role covers gypsum code assemblies, ceilings, insulation, and onboarding timelines for new sales professionals.

You will drive foundational product knowledge, safety training, and alignment with commercial strategy to elevate field performance across IPG products.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in construction/engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years in commercial construction, materials, technical sales, or field training.
• 3–5 years in sales training, technical education, or field enablement preferred.
• OSHA safety training required or willing to obtain within 6 months.
• Industry certifications (UL, ICC, ASTM, LEED, etc.) preferred or willing to obtain within 12 months.
• Deep understanding of commercial wall/ceiling systems, fire-rated assemblies, acoustics, and codes.
• Experience with adult learning principles and facilitating training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee curriculum and process training for field sales professionals.
• Equip sales team with product knowledge and field technical knowledge.
• onboard new sales personnel with timelines for hands-on, classroom, and customer-facing engagement.
• Align training programs with commercial strategy and field priorities.
