Job summary

Meier Agency in Conway, AR is seeking a Sales Trainer to lead in-field and build your own book of business while advancing toward a leadership role. You will train new hires and coach reps on sales techniques and product knowledge.

Responsibilities include developing training programs, conducting sessions, collaborating with Sales Managers, measuring training impact, and providing ongoing coaching. A license in Health & Life or willingness to obtain is required; strong communication and CRM

Qualifications

Experience using sales-related software is beneficial (CRM).
Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and obtain a license.
Basic computer skills and strong communication abilities.
Candidate must have or be willing to get an insurance license.

Responsibilities

Build and manage your business by cold calling clients and engaging decision-makers.
Develop and implement practical training programs for teams and individuals.
Lead in-field training sessions to motivate and educate recruits.
Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify training needs and strategies.
Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.
Provide ongoing coaching and support to new sales reps.
Mentor and coach new hires to develop their skills.
