Meier Agency is seeking a Sales Trainer to take on an in-field leadership role, building your own book of business while advancing to leadership with ongoing field work, sales calls, and training new hires.

You will enhance the performance and skills of the sales force through practical training programs, mentor new reps, and collaborate with Sales Managers to tailor coaching and curricula to target markets.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM software is beneficial.
• Must be willing to obtain Health & Life insurance license or already licensed.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional experience in outside sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients through cold calling and sales meetings.
• Develop and implement practical in-field training programs for diverse teams.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and seasoned reps.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify training needs and strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and metrics.
