Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients through cold calling and meetings.
• Develop and implement practical, team-tailored training programs.
• Lead training sessions for new hires and seasoned staff.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify training needs and strategies.
• Evaluate training effectiveness via feedback and performance metrics; adjust as needed.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to new sales reps.
• Mentor new hires to help them navigate roles and grow skills.
