Sr. Director of Talent and Client Services at AXIOM Learning Solutions, LLC

AXIOM is seeking an experienced Sales Trainer (FLORIDA BASED PREFERRED) to develop and deliver training for our field-based residential sales team. This role focuses on coaching Sales Consultants and Associate Sales Consultants to consistently execute a proven 10-Step In-Home Sales Process.

You’ll train and coach sales professionals selling high-ticket hurricane protection products—impact-resistant windows, doors, and shutters—while measuring effectiveness through sales metrics and KPIs. Working closely with sales leadership, you’ll apply adult learning best practices to improve performance, build trust with homeowners, and drive stronger close rates.

Ideal candidates are seasoned sales professionals with a passion for coaching, motivating, and developing sales talent.
