Position Location(s): Hybrid role near major markets including San Marcos, TX, Chicago, IL, Lehigh Valley and Bethlehem, PA, Arlington, MA, New York, Portland, OR, Seattle, WA, Sacramento/Rocklin, CA, and Concord, CA. Full list in Locations section.

Travel: Yes, up to 30% to market offices and/or field visits.

Position Overview: The Sales Trainer and Curriculum Consultant will develop and promote sales training programs, identify opportunities in B2B and residential sales, and implement training solutions using various delivery methods. You will support sales teams across enterprise, SMB, large accounts, and residential sectors, and assist with compliance and DE&I initiatives.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, producing and facilitating sales training, designing e-learning courses, coaching sales leaders, and applying adult learning theories.

Qualifications: 5+ years sales training experience (B2B preferred), excellent communication skills, proficiency with MS Office, Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, LMS, and ability to travel up to 30%.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Benefits include 401k, health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and a salary range of $85,000 - $95,000 plus bonuses.
