The Role
You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Conduct onboarding of new sales specialists.
  • Develop a methodology for working with sales specialists.
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions to enhance sales performance.
  • Identify gaps in sales performance and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Audit, monitor, and provide critical and constructive feedback to the Sales Teams.
  • Develop new sales skills in the employees.
  • Provide regular feedback to the Management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sales techniques to continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
Ideal Profile:
  • You have at least 1 year of experience, including solid experience in a similar role within Professional Services.
  • You possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  • You are highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environments.
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems.
