Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic, and process-driven Sales Trainer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our new Sales Closers. You’ll be responsible for training all new hires in our sales department — teaching them our products, processes, objection handling, tools, and culture. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural motivator, and someone who has walked the path of a closer themselves.

Key Responsibilities

  • New Hire Training: Deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to train new Sales Closers on sales processes, pitch structure, CRM usage, and client engagement protocols.
  • Content Development: Build and maintain training materials, playbooks, scripts, live role-play scenarios, and onboarding documentation.
  • Live Coaching & Role-Playing: Facilitate interactive training sessions, objection handling workshops, and mock sales calls to develop confidence and skill.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track progress of new hires during onboarding and the first 30-60-90 days; identify areas of improvement and provide individualized coaching.
  • Feedback Loop: Work closely with sales leadership and top-performing closers to refine the training process continuously.
  • Process Alignment: Ensure all training reflects current product offerings, market positioning, and team expectations.
  • Mentorship Handoff: Prepare new hires to transition seamlessly into active sales roles with minimal ramp time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in sales training, sales enablement, or closing sales deals yourself
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle B2B/B2C sales processes
  • Proven ability to coach and motivate junior sales reps to success
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales enablement platforms
  • Process-driven mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a strong plus
