Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated and hard‑working Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12‑month sales training program with field and classroom training, relocating to an assigned territory after completion to become a Sales Professional.

You will be responsible for meeting quotas by selling high‑end software solutions, marketing services, and promotional products to automotive dealerships nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Willing to travel (overnight) 80–100% during training.
• Willing to relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Relocate to an assigned territory and become a Sales Professional.
• Achieve monthly and annual quotas by selling Reynolds products and services.
• Sell to both new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
