Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated entry-level Outside Sales Trainees. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with field-based and classroom training, including relocation after completion.

During training you will travel extensively (80–100%) and work with a Sales Mentor in your territory, gaining exposure to high-end software solutions and services for the automotive industry. After training, you become a Sales Professional in an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (no major violations).
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel (80-100%) during training and relocate after training.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month sales training program (field-based and classroom).
• Work with a Sales Mentor in territory during training.
• Relocate to assigned territory after training and work toward monthly/annual quotas.
• Travel with customer service and installation teams to learn about products.
