Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for Account Sales Managers during vacations or absences. The role focuses on customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for off-premise stores, while upholding Red Bull standards.

Participants in the training program are eligible to interview for ASM roles upon successful completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must have a valid US driver’s license and DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages may be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations or other absences.
• Maintain relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for stores.
• Service customers safely, productively and professionally following Red Bull standards.
• Assist in in-store execution, audits and merchandising tasks as needed.
