Consolidated Electrical Distributors in Missouri is seeking candidates for its Sales Trainee - Non Exempt program. This approximately 24‑month rotational position provides exposure to Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Outside Sales, Purchasing and Operations.

You will be mentored, attend online and in-person classes, and build relationships with solar customers while developing the skills to become a successful Account Manager. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without sponsorship).

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend online and in-person classes at various locations.
• On-the-job training and mentoring.
• Establish and maintain relationships with solar customers.
• Goal planning with Division and Training Managers.
