Consolidated Electrical Distributors is offering a Sales Trainee program in Salisbury, MD. This approximately 24-month rotational role provides exposure to multiple facets of the business while developing customer relations and sales skills.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, with strong time management and communication abilities, eager to contribute to company goals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future).

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend classes online and in-person at various locations.
• Participate in on-the-job training and mentoring.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with solar customers.
• Contribute to goal-planning with Division and Training Managers.
