Motion Industries in Mount Vernon, IL is seeking a Sales Trainee who will shadow account representatives and customer service reps while rotating through the branch warehouse to learn shipping, receiving, inventory and delivery processes. The program includes online and satellite classwork by the Training Department focusing on product knowledge, sales skills and leadership development.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
