Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) offers a two-year Sales Trainee program designed to rotate through Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Account Management, Outside Sales, Purchasing, and Operations. Trainees gain hands-on exposure while developing core business skills and customer relationships to become successful Account Managers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Current, valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend classes online as well as in-person at various locations.
• On the job training and mentoring.
• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with solar customers.
• Goal planning with Division and Training Managers.
