Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Trainee in Houston, TX to shadow account representatives and customer service roles while learning product lines and customers. The role includes time in the warehouse to understand shipping, receiving, inventory and delivery functions, with online and satellite training from the Training Department.

The program lasts up to 12 months, culminating in a potential transition to account or customer service roles within the branch. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution or related field is typically required.
• Must be achievement oriented and self-motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities; analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Participates and succeeds in company sponsored training classes.
