Cintas is offering an exciting Management Trainee program designed to kickstart your professional career. You will rotate through Outside Sales, Production/Warehouse Management, Office Management, Service Management and ultimately prepare you for career advancement opportunities within the company.

As a trainee, you’ll gain hands-on experience working with experienced managers and have access to leadership seminars and divisional summits that foster rapid development and exposure to multiple

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license
• Be at least 21 years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment
• Must have, or will obtain, a Bachelor’s degree within six months

Responsibilities

• Rotate through departments immersing in the business from a leadership viewpoint.
• Engage in outside sales activities to promote products and services while building customer relationships.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and assist in making informed business decisions.
• Collaborate with key leaders on various projects related to sales management and operational efficiency.
• Professional Development with access to Executive Leadership Seminars/Divisional Summits.
