Job summary

Consolidated Electrical Distributors (CED) in Salt Lake City offers a comprehensive Sales Trainee program designed to prepare you for an Account Manager role. The 24-month rotational track provides exposure to multiple facets of the business and hands-on learning across departments.

You will rotate through Warehouse Operations, Customer Service, Outside Sales, Purchasing, and Operations while developing negotiation, communication, and time-management skills, with mentoring and classroom

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 18+ years of age required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Willingness to participate in a 24-month rotational program.

Responsibilities

• Learn all aspects of the CED business.
• Attend online and in-person classes at various locations.
• Receive on-the-job training and mentoring.
• Establish and maintain relationships with solar customers.
• Plan goals with Division and Training Managers.
