United Electric Supply Co. Inc. in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Sales Trainee to launch a career in Outside Sales within the electrical distribution industry.

The hands-on development program provides rotations, mentorship, and industry training to build the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed. During 18–24 months of rotations, you’ll learn order entry, fulfillment, delivery, and customer success, develop product knowledge, and prepare for a future role as an Account Representative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers in your assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities to support customer projects and business goals.
• Connect customers with United Electric’s full range of solutions including Support Services, OnPoint Automation, Client Services, and Product Groups.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Follow up on quotes and drive orders to completion.
• Partner with manufacturers to support customer needs.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities.
• Provide sales forecasts and account updates.
• Support marketing initiatives, new product launches, and training programs.
