Job summary

The Sales Trainee (ST) is a training role at Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. that prepares the trainee for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) role. The ST supports sales initiatives, maintains customer relationships, and covers ASM routes during vacations or special projects as needed.

Upon successful completion of the program, the ST is eligible to interview for ASM roles. The program may extend up to 12 months, with a possible extension to 18 months, and the position is at-will.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Obtain tools (insights, displays, POS, pricing) to execute the daily plan.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI goals on sales, distributions, pricing and merchandising.
