Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee (ST) position in New York as a structured training role to prepare for an Account Sales Manager (ASM) position. The ST will support sales initiatives, service customers, and cover ASM routes during vacations or special projects while ensuring compliance with Red Bull standards.

The program leads to interviews for available ASM roles upon successful training completion; extensions may occur in exceptional cases.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-route support and cover ASM routes as needed.
• Meet daily KPI focusing on sales, distributions, pricing and merchandising.
• Support audits, blitzes, and building displays to drive the sales business.
• Maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
