Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships across large and small format off-premise stores. This training role prepares you for Account Sales Manager and may lead to interviews for ASM roles upon successful completion of the program.

The trainee will work with management to ensure safe, productive, and professional service, following Red Bull executional standards and daily preparation activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• DOT Medical card must be obtainable.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations or absence.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for stores of all formats.
• Obtain tools and training to execute daily plans and communicate priorities to ASMs/DSMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI on sales, distribution, pricing, display and new accounts.
• Support audits, blitzes, and merchandising to drive sales; perform other duties as assigned.
