Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Sales Trainee in Menifee, CA, to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations or special projects.

The role focuses on building customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format off-premise stores, while adhering to Red Bull standards and safety guidelines. Performance-driven advancement to ASM is possible after training and certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large and small format off premise stores.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.
• Obtain all tools to execute the daily plan and communicate priorities to ASMs/DSMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts and merchandising.
• Support the team with audits, building displays and merchandising to drive sales.
