Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is offering a Sales Trainee program designed to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager role.

You will support sales initiatives, gain route coverage experience, and learn to maintain strong customer relationships across large and small format stores. Promotion to an ASM or other qualified role is contingent on performance, vacancies, and successful certification; the program may extend with high performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM when needed.
• Learn and apply Red Bull standards for in-store execution and brand protection.
• Coordinate with ASMs/DSMs and management to prioritize daily activities.
• Assist in audits, displays building, and merchandising in stores as required.
