Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and cover ASM routes during vacations or peak periods. You will maintain customer relationships across on-premise and off-premise channels and learn Red Bull execution standards.

As a trainee, you will rotate through business acumen, daily prep, in-route and off-route support, with promotion opportunities to Account Sales Manager upon successful completion of the program.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Understand and execute daily preparation tools to support sales plans and priorities.
• Provide in-route and off-route support to ASM routes and cover when needed.
• Assist in audits, displays, merchandising to drive sales and brand execution.
• Assist with training and development opportunities via the program.
