Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee in the United States. This training role prepares you for an Account Sales Manager position, supporting sales initiatives and maintaining customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations.

During the program you will learn Red Bull brand standards, daily prep tools, and in-route and off-route support responsibilities. Eligible for promotion to ASM after training based on performance and openings.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or any special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with standards.
• Learn and implement Red Bull executional standards in-store.
