Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee program in the United States to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager role. The training position supports sales initiatives and ensures coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, or special projects.

During the program you will learn to manage customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations, build brand standards, and develop daily prep and route coverage skills.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of a DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for stores.
• Prepare daily priorities and ensure tools and displays are in place to execute plans.
• Communicate with ASMs/DSMs on priorities and assist with in-store execution.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet KPI targets for sales, distributions and merchandising.
