Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in the United States is offering a Sales Trainee (ST) training role designed to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager (ASM) position. You will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and maintain customer relationships across all large and small format off-premise stores.

During training you will learn the basics of Red Bull execution, manage brand flow, and communicate with ASMs/DSMs on priorities.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, illness or projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format stores.
• Execute daily plans with tools, displays, pricing, and POS materials.
• In-route support: cover ASM routes, focus on sales, distribution, pricing and merchandising KPIs.
• Off-route support: audits, displays, and merchandising to drive sales.
