Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships across large and small format off-premise stores. The program prepares you for an Account Sales Manager role through training, certification, and on-the-job exposure with management guidance.

Upon successful completion of the program and performance standards, you may interview for_open ASM roles, with the possibility of extending the period under certain conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid US Driver's License and obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support daily plan execution with insights, displays, POS and pricing.
• Communicate with ASMs/DSMs on daily priorities.
• Train with ASMs and cover ASM routes as needed.
• Meet daily KPI focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display and merchandising.
• Assist in audits, blitzes and building displays to drive sales.
