Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Trainee in Houston, TX to shadow account representatives and customer service roles while learning product lines and customers. The role includes time in the warehouse to understand shipping, receiving, inventory and delivery functions, with online and satellite training from the Training Department.

The training period is no more than 12 months. During this period, the Sales Trainee shadows account representatives and customer service representatives to gain experience in sales, company product lines, as well as customer base. Additionally, the Trainee works in the branch's warehouse to become familiar with shipping and receiving, inventory, and delivery functions.
