Job summary

Motion Industries offers a Sales Trainee program designed to prepare you for roles as an Account Representative or Customer Service Representative. The training period lasts up to 12 months and includes shadowing, branch warehouse experiences, and online classes led by the Training Department.

Trainees participate in product, sales, and leadership training, develop presentation skills, and gain exposure to inside/outside sales, inventory, and administration across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree typically required in Industrial Distribution or related field.
• Experience or exposure to sales and leadership is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participates in company-sponsored training classes.
• Develops presentation skills and professional communication.
• Trains in all branch functions including inside/outside sales, inventory, delivery, and administration.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
