Job summary

Service Corporation International in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sales Trainee to learn the industry, products, and CRM software while completing required coursework and exams. You will meet client families, present service and property solutions, and strive to meet revenue quota with a technology-driven approach.

Responsibilities include generating leads, inputting data in CRM, scheduling evenings/weekends, and coordinating with the Funeral Director to close pre-need and at-need sales.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain and maintain insurance license.
• Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Sales or customer experience preferred.
• Proficient MS Office; CRM and social apps preferred.
• Professional demeanor and communication skills; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusting relationships to generate sales leads.
• Input client information into CRM system.
• Schedule sales appointments including evenings/weekends.
• Explain service and property options to meet needs.
• Coordinate with Funeral Director and team.
• Seek coaching to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
