Job summary

Service Corporation International seeks a dynamic Sales Associate in Des Plaines, IL to drive revenue for our funeral and pre-need services. You will self-initiate community leads, present comprehensive planning options, and guide families through contracts with care and professionalism.

Responsibilities include achieving monthly quotas, conducting tours and consultations, and leveraging referrals. A high school diploma is required; college coursework is a plus, and some licensing support is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework preferred.
• Licensing requirements: Funeral Directors License and Life Insurance license as required by state law; company will support licensing.

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota by presenting pre-need services and products to families and guiding them through options.
• Prospect and qualify leads from community events and referrals; schedule sales appointments and prepare materials for appointments.
• Establish professional relationships with families, provide service excellence, and follow up for referrals and future business.
• Collaborate with management and staff to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
