Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales counseling and supervisory roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed established team sales quotas.
• Ensure counselors follow training and company policies.
• Provide ongoing sales instruction to meet customer needs.
• Manage counselors as primary reference for prospecting and sales process.
• Develop marketing programs tailored to the community.
• Analyze competitor pricing and adjust strategy.
• Approve discounts and ensure financial controls are observed.
