Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Trainee to prepare for an Account Representative role. The program lets you shadow account and customer service teams to learn sales, product lines, and the customer base.

You will also work in the branch warehouse to learn shipping, receiving, inventory, and delivery processes and participate in online training sessions run by the Training Department. Education typically requires a bachelor's degree in Industrial Distribution or related field.

SUMMARY:The Sales Trainee allows the employee to prepare for a role as an Account Representative. During this period, the Sales Trainee shadows account representatives and customer service representatives to gain experience in sales, company product lines, as well as customer base. Additionally, the Trainee works in the branch's warehouse to become familiar with shipping and receiving, inventory, and delivery functions. The Trainee also participates in various online and satellite class settings that are conducted by the company's Training Department.
