Job summary

Motion Industries is seeking a Sales Trainee in Louisiana to prepare for an Account Representative role. You will shadow inside and outside sales and customer service teams, learn company product lines and the customer base, and work in the branch warehouse to understand shipping, receiving, inventory and delivery operations.

You will participate in online and satellite classes conducted by the Training Department, including product, sales, and leadership training to build foundational skills

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Distribution or related field.
