Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Inside Sales, Revenue Operations, Analytics, or related function
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business/Finance/Analytics or related discipline
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain sales, pipeline, forecasting, bookings, productivity, and KPI reporting to support field sales performance.
Deliver business analytics and insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, and operational performance.
Create executive-ready dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting packages for leadership.
