Job summary

Fortune 100 Food & Beverage Manufacturing is seeking a Trade Finance Support Analyst to assist sales and finance with trade operations. You will enter data, validate transactions, reconcile activities, and deliver timely reports to stakeholders.

You will coordinate with CAM/DSM teams and field finance to ensure accuracy across trade programs. Key duties include data management in XTEL, updating ADL, validating forecasts, and preparing routine sales reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant, professional-level experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage data and system updates in XTEL.
• Validate changes to ADL and update customer profiles.
• Prepare and share sales reports; assist forecast reviews.
• Ensure TRR alignment with forecasts.
• Collaborate with CAM/DSM and Finance on trade programs.
• Process invoices in XTEL and match deductions.
• Assist on monthly training and cross-functional tasks.
