Job summary

Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is seeking an In-Home Design Consultant to meet pre-qualified homeowners, assess remodeling needs, and design customized bath solutions in their homes using an iPad-based presentation system.

You’ll guide clients through design and purchasing processes, present pricing and financing options, and work toward closing deals while pursuing advancement into Sales Manager or leadership roles within the growing company.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-home sales with a proven closing track record.
• Experience selling bath/kitchen/home improvement products is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for client meetings.
• Ability to travel to homeowners' residences within the service area.
• Professional appearance and confident in-person demeanor.

Responsibilities

About The Role

As an In-Home Design Consultant, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their remodeling needs, create customized bath solutions, and guide them through the design and purchasing process.

You’ll use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create professional presentations and personalized bathroom designs that make it easy for homeowners to visualize their completed project.

This role is ideal for an experienced closer who is ready to produce at a high level today while developing into a future sales leader.
