Job summary

Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is seeking a high-performing In-Home Design Consultant with proven experience selling bath, kitchen, windows, or other residential remodeling products. This role offers a path from Sales Consultant to Sales Manager, with a strong commission potential and ongoing training.

You will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, design customized bath solutions, and guide them through purchasing using our iPad-based system.

About The Role

As an In-Home Design Consultant, you’ll meet with pre-qualified homeowners in their homes, understand their remodeling needs, create customized bath solutions, and guide them through the design and purchasing process.

You’ll use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to create professional presentations and personalized bathroom designs that make it easy for homeowners to visualize their completed project.

This role is ideal for an experienced closer who is ready to produce at a high level today while developing into a future sales leader.
