Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County seeks an In-Home Design Consultant with a path to Sales Manager. You will meet with homeowners in their homes, understand remodeling needs, create custom bath solutions, and guide design and purchasing using our iPad-based system.

Ideal candidates are top-performing in-home closers with a track record of selling bath, kitchen, windows, or other home-improvement products, and want leadership growth. Anaheim, CA.

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home sales.
• Experience selling bath, kitchen, windows, or home improvement products.
• Strong closing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
• Identify needs and recommend customized bath remodeling solutions.
• Use iPad-based system to design and present projects.
• Present pricing and financing options and close sales.
• Maintain follow-up and participate in weekly sales training.
