Job summary

Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County seeks an ambitious In-Home Design Consultant to drive sales for bath, kitchen and remodeling projects. You will meet clients in their homes, assess needs, create customized solutions, and guide them through design and purchasing using our iPad-based presentations.

The role offers a path to Sales Manager, with a high-earning commission structure and ongoing training. Local residency in the service area is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven success in in-home sales and remodeling product categories.
• Strong track record of closing sales and achieving targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for home visits.
• Comfortable conducting one-on-one presentations in clients’ homes.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeowners.
• Identify customer needs and propose customized bath remodeling solutions.
• Use iPad-based sales system to design and present projects.
• Create personalized bath designs and present pricing/financing options.
• Close sales and build value for clients.
• Maintain follow-up with prospective customers and hit sales goals.
• Participate in weekly sales training and coaching.
