Bath Busters is looking for an accomplished In-Home Sales Representative to meet with homeowners, present customized bath remodeling solutions, and close sales in a competitive, commission-driven environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in-home sales, strong negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding targets. Pre-qualified appointments are provided, with ongoing training and substantial earning potential.

This is not an entry-level position. We are seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals. Required Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of in-home sales experience required
• Proven history of high sales performance and closing success
• Experience in bath remodeling, home improvement, windows, doors, roofing, HVAC, kitchens, or related industries strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to earn substantial commission income
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
